This background coupled with experience in unique markets like Europe, North America and Asia, have made Rough Works a swiss army knife for clients.

Challenge
Transforming a manual process of emailing insurance claims, manually reviewing each claim and manual archiving into a modern solution. Furthermore, they needed a new website design with automation of blogs postings, events and more.
Solution
Rough Works created an automated database which collected all users submissions and organized them for the correct team member. This included a single page design with multi level access based on user role for optimizing bug fixes and utilizing dynamic user data.
Result
This update improved website traffic to 24922 last month (October 2022) by making the website the most important tool for users. The portal currently processes over 500 weekly users through the portal with a customer submission success rate of 99%. The portal page loads in under 2 seconds.
