    Social Tracker lets you track the social media accounts of your closest competitors and compare their growth and engagement levels to yours. The reports make it easy to identify the top-performing content in your niche so you can stay aware of your target audience’s social media preferences.

    Why should you use this tool?

    You probably know that social media is an important tool for businesses to grow and bring people to their website. But, maybe you’re having trouble figuring out exactly HOW to best engage and grow your audience.

    Whether you are a social media marketer at a large agency or the owner of a local pizzeria, it all starts with engagement.     Deleting a Social Tracker campaign

    When you want to delete a specific tool, you will have to delete the whole project. This will remove all of the other campaigns set up in the Project.

    So let’s say you want to delete Social Tracker. When you delete the Project you will also be deleting the Social Poster, Backlink Audit, or any other tools that are also in that project.

    Projects cannot be recovered once they are deleted so it's important to be careful when deleting a project. Only delete a project if you are 100 percent sure because all of your data will be gone forever.

    Please note: After April 2018, due to changes to Instagram's API, we no longer support tracking personal Instagram accounts. If you have a campaign that tracked an Instagram account from before April 2018, you will still be able to see your data from before April 2018 if you adjust the time range.
